How can I find my photos?

Enter your e-mail address and create a password. Those are the credentials you'll need from now on to
access our system.
Next, complete the form asking for additional information such as your check in & check out dates, hotel
name, photo store, bracelet number or room number.


I can’t find my photos. What should I do?

If your photos were taken 16 days ago, please, contact our Customer Service at
customerservice@photoventura.net with as much as possible of the following information:

• Name of the resort where the photos were taken.
• Your bracelet number or room number.
• Date(s) and time(s) when you had the photos taken (please mention if it was during the
morning -10 am to 1 pm- or afternoon -3 pm to 5 pm-)
• Name of the photographer(s) who took your pictures. If you don't remember this information,
a physical description would be helpful too.
• Where were you when we took the photos? (Hotel lobby, beach, swimming pool, etc.) Please
describe each shoot independently.
• Your check in and check out dates from the hotel.
• Please attach a photo of yourself (or the people that appear in the photos we are looking for)
so we can personally recognize the images, if needed.

Once we have the information requested above, we'll process your request and contact you again with a
gallery link.


You emailed a link to my purchased photos but there are none in my inbox. How can I get them?

If you don't receive an e-mail after successfully completing payment, make sure to first check your
"spam" folder to verify if any filters have mistakenly sent the e-mail there. Otherwise, contact us at
customerservice@photoventura.net.
If you have already received the email with your gallery link, just follow the easy steps below to
download your images:
• Please click “My Photos” to view your gallery
• Click "Create Password" and then “Register”
• Click the "Download Photos" button on the top right corner of the screen.
• Click on each image. Then, click download to store your photos on your computer.


How do I order my photo?

Click on the photo you would like to purchase and select the shopping cart icon located below each
image. Your cart status will appear on the top right of the page.
When you are ready to pay, click on “Buy” to review your order and check your discount status. Click on
“Confirm purchase” and add your payment details.


Can you ship prints to my Country?

If you prefer to buy prints, please let us know through email and we'll provide you with a new link
containing information about shipping
A: The following is a list of Countries that we are able to ship prints to:
United States, Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New
Zealand, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ireland, Italy, Norway, South Africa, Spain,
Sweden, Switzerland, UK.
We apologize if your Country is not listed. We don't currently offer service to other locations for a variety
of factors. However, we are always working to expand the number of Countries to which we can “Send
Happiness Home”.


You add more photos to my gallery but I can’t see any.

When we add new photos to your gallery, it may take several minutes to update on your screen. You may
need to refresh your browser.


There is an error on my gallery link, I can`t access my photos.

Please make sure to use the same email when registeringas the one that we have on file. . If you would
like to access your gallery using a different email address, please contact us to have it amendedby clicking
on “Contact Us”. We verify time changes in the official results before making any amendments.


Can I request for modifications on my images via customer service?

The customer service department cannot make any changes to the images after your purchase.


I’ve changed my mind about my order — I have not yet paid

You can remove an items by clicking the ‘Remove from cart’ icon located next to the product in your
Shopping Cart.


How do I add more photos to my order with a different bracelet number?

Complete the form using the first bracelet number and add your favorite images by clicking on the icon
located below each image. Then, see the form to your left and repeat the steps with the second bracelet
number.


How can I get a discount on my purchase?

We are pleased to offer our customers package discounts. It will be applied automatically to your
purchase and depends on the quantity of pictures in your cart.


I am happy with my order and I am ready to pay

Review your Shopping Cart and then proceed to payment to complete purchase.
You will then receive an automatic email to download your files. (Incorrect email addresses will prevent
the delivery of your order)
Your purchase details will be confirmed and sent by email. We suggest you print the receipt or save it on
your computer. We recommend you keep a record of the order number.


How do I pay?

Payments can be conveniently made through PayPal or using any major credit card (Visa, Master Card,
American Express, and many more). Credit card details may be entered at the Checkout page. This is a
secure site. At the end of the transaction you will receive an order number. Keep this for reference in case
of an enquiry.


Why do you want my email address?

We need your email address to send your files for download.


Why do I need a password?

The password you generate is the credential you'll need to use from now on to access our system.


I have forgotten my password

Don’t worry. Click on the following link: http://www.storev2.photoventura.net/
Select “Reset password,” enter your email address and we will send you an email with instructions to
reset your password.


How do I know my order was processed?

When your order has been processed online, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the
receipt. Please keep a record of the Order Number until you receive your photos. You will need it for any
enquiries.


When will my order be sent to me?

Digital download images are usually available minutes after receipt of payment. During busier times,
downloads may take longer (24 hours). Please be patient.


How big can I print a digital image?

Our images are jpeg files that can be printed up to 8 ̈x 12 ̈. Image size and resolution may vary.


Can I order photos from my stay in the last month?

Yes. Contact our customer support at customerservice@photoventura.net and provide as much of the
information below as possible:
• Name of the resort where the photos were taken
• Your bracelet number or room number
• Date(s) and time(s) when you had the photos taken (please mention if it was during the

How do I download my images?

When your order is ready, an automatic email is sent with a link directly to your download page.
You can also go to the homepage and click on “Download Photos” on the right side. To download
images, click “Download” under each image. This will save the image to your computer for viewing and
printing at your leisure. We recommend you save them.


Can I download images to my mobile device?

Yes. Our website is compatible with mobile devices


For how long will my files be available on the online Gallery?

A: Time available to buy and download your pictures is one month (=30 days).


My online gallery says, “Expired” and I've lost the images from my computer

Your images have not been lost. Please go to Customer Services on our website and click on “Contact
Us”. Tell us the problem and we will share your gallery link. If you made a purchase, we suggest you
download the images to your computer promptly and perhaps also save them to another device.


I placed my order a long time ago and I haven’t received anything.

Go to Customer Services on our website and click on “Contact Us. “In order to help you, we will need
your photo code and all the details you can give us, such as the email address you used and any other
information to help us locate your order.


I placed my order and had no contact at all.

An automatic confirmation email is always sent to the email address provided. Sometimes the email
address entered has an error. Sometimes a spam filter might block the email. Regrettably, we have no
control over this.
